About us

Zakłady Mięsne ZBYSZKO is a family company established by Zbigniew Kruk in the late 1990s. As a seasoned meat processor and cold cut manufacturer, the founder of the company decided to share his extensive experience with you, and introduced the ZBYSZKO brand into the meat processing market in the Łódzkie region.

Since the very beginning, ZBYSZKO has been working to implement its mission of meeting the individual needs and tastes of its customers and providing high-quality products. Thanks to that, the company quickly became one of the leading meat producers. Today, there are more than fifty ZBYSZKO retail shops, the company is also a wholesaler – both in Poland and abroad.

We make effective use of EU resources, thanks to which we used cutting-edge technologies to build a modern Meat Production and Processing Plant in 2005.

Our specialists work hard to ensure that our products satisfy even the most demanding customers. We are perfectly familiar with the legal production standards that allow a wide scope of ingredients, but due to our philosophy and long-established contact with retail and wholesale customers, we have never ceased to maintain the high standards we set to ourselves the moment the Company was founded.

Our products are safe for all our customers, and they are characterised by high quality, exceptional savour, and great composition of ingredients, which is a result of coupling grand tradition with safe technology.

Our care for the environment, work hygiene and permanent veterinary supervision over our stock, as well as the implementation of HACCP in our company guarantee that our products are safe and healthy.

Moreover, we use our own fleet of specialist delivery vehicles to collect and transport livestock on our own. Thanks to that, we know the origin of our meat very well, and care for the welfare of animals by providing non-stress conditions during transportation, unloading and slaughter. To guarantee all of the above, we have established long-term cooperation with selected medium and large farms in Poland.

  • 2010 – Marshal of Łódź Voivodeship Cup (Puchar Marszałka Województwa Łódzkiego) for our frankfurters in the Contest for Cold Cut Manufacturers during the “Heart of Poland” Agriculture Fair
  • 2007 – Agroliga 2007 Master of the Łódzkie Region
  • 2007 – 1st Prize for the “ROLLED BACON” in the Regional Contest for Cold Cut Manufacturers in Bratoszewice
  • 2007 – 1st Prize for the “Zbyszko’s Salceson” (salceson is a type of headcheese)
